Each client who completes our INFORMATION
FORM will receive a free title consultation. A
Title Consultant will review the information you
provide, evaluate your situation, and
recommend a solution. If for some reason we
cannot accept your case, your Title Consultant
will refer you to someone in your area who can
better assist you.

Then What Happens?
Your Title Consultant will send you a PayPal invoice for a
$50 Down Payment (or you may PrePay) and ask you to
complete and forward several DOCUMENTS to us. We
ask that you complete and return all paperwork right
away so that we can proceed with your title research and
resolution without delay. We will begin researching your
case as soon as you send us your Information Form,
Documents, and Payment.
A Down Payment is required to help offset our search
and travel expenses to locate and obtain paperwork from
the last registered owner and lien holder. It also covers
some of our mailing fees, original or lost title paperwork,
notary fees, and trips to DMV. The Down Payment does
not include DMV fees. The remaining balance and DMV
fees will be billed to you when registration paperwork is
complete.
